摘要
研制了镀锌板生产线锌槽温度和铝含量监测仪,该监测仪系统采集插入锌液中的传感器产生的温度和铝含量的电压。电压信号经过放大、隔离和滤波后,经多路模拟开关,进入模/数转换阶段;然后,用单片机对模拟量转换成的数字量进行处理,并送上位机和LED指示灯显示。设计中注重避免工业生产中的各种信号干扰,保证了最终测量的精度;另外,还能测量传感器的使用寿命。本文的主要任务是为锌槽温度及铝含量监测仪设计信号调理和数据采集功能模块,信号调理和数据采集电路的作用是将来自于锌槽温度及铝含量传感器的信号经过前置放大和隔离滤波等,变换成前向通道中模/数转换器能识别的信号,再经过多路模拟开关选择后,将信号送入模/数转换器,将模拟信号转换为数字信号,由LED显示数值。
An instrument of measuring the product line of zincification temperature and content of aluminum were devel-oped,the sensors in the admixture collect the temperature and contents of aluminum voltage.It comes into the A/D phase through magnification,isolation and filter,then disposed by MCU including displaying in the PC and LED.The design also paid attention to avoidance of signal’s molestation in the industry,guaranteeing the measurement’s accuracy.In addition,it can measure the life-span of product line.The main task of this design was to monitor temperature and aluminum-content, design their signal conditioning and data acquisition modules.Signal conditioning and data acquisition circuit's role is to come from the temperature sensors and aluminum in the signal,after preamp,isolation filter,transformed into prior to channel A/D converter that can recognize the signal.The multi-channel analog switched signals into the A/D will be chosen,it will convert analog signals to digital signals,and then to numerical LED for display.
