摘要
介绍了ZYW—2000型煤矿用全液压钻机动力头(下述简称动力头)的设计方案,叙述了动力头的设计要求和现场试验情况,重点叙述了动力头的结构特点和设计参数,并用ANSYS软件,对动力头关键零件主轴和齿轮的受力进行了模拟加载分析,校核了关键零件的强度。
The design of the power head of ZYW-2000 hydraulic drilling rig for coal mine was introduced,and both its design requirements and situation of the field test were explained.The structure features and design parameters of the power head were elaborated.In ANSYS simulation circumstance,the key parts of the power head were loaded and their strength was examined.
