管件冲压回弹补偿弯曲模的设计

摘要 通过对材料、工艺、模具和设备等方面进行研究分析,介绍了一种可以补偿弯曲回弹,节省模具材料和模具加工费用的可调换式管件弯曲模的结构设计。该弯曲模的应用,一方面确定了角度回弹值Δα,另一方面大量地节约了弯曲模材料和制造费用,对于工厂日常加工和平面弯曲管件的生产,具有显著的经济效益及普遍的实用价值。 investigated the factors such as materials, process, mould and facilities, a design of interchangeable bending mould was illustrated, in which the bending spring back can be compensated, moreover, both the material and production cost ean be reduced. The application of this structure has settled the problem of spring back value △α,on the other hand, both mould material and fabrication costs were reduced greatly. It has a considerable economical value and applicable necessity for factory routine production.
