育真熄风汤对MPTP诱导PD模型小鼠行为学的影响

The Effect of Yuzhenxifeng Decoction on Action in PD Mouse Models

目的:观察育真熄风汤对帕金森病模型小鼠行为学的影响。方法:在1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(MPTP)诱导的PD小鼠模型基础上,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、中药治疗组和阳性对照组,采用爬杆实验、悬挂实验、游泳实验观察育真熄风汤对PD小鼠行为变化的影响。结果:PD模型组小鼠爬杆实验、悬挂实验及游泳实验障碍中,育真熄风汤能显著缩短小鼠爬杆时间并增加小鼠悬挂能力及游泳能力(P<0.01)。结论:育真熄风汤能明显改善MPTP诱导所致PD模型小鼠的运动协调能力。

Objective：To observe the effect of Yuzhenxifeng decoction on action in PD mouse models . Method：To observe the behavior changes through the climbing pole ,suspension and swimming test with pre-paring PD model mice with MPTP .Result：Compared with model group mice , Yuzhenxifeng decoction can shorten the time of climbing pole and enhance the capacity of suspension and swimming test .Conclusion：Yuzhenxifeng decoction can improve the ability of somatic coordanation of mice .It can improve the action in PD mouse models.
