摘要
对客车紧急转弯工况进行抽象简化,并作为客车车架有限元计算模型的输入,求得了该行驶工况下客车车架的应力和位移场分布,且进一步统计了其应力分布比重;在此基础上,借助Fe-safe软件,采用平均应力修正的Brown-Miller法,对客车车架进行疲劳耐久性计算,得出其疲劳寿命及疲劳裂纹发生位置,为其设计和分析提供了方法和理论支撑。
The emergency-turning conditions of vehicle was simplified,and as the frame FEA calculation model input, the stress and displacement distribution of the frame were calculated under this condition,and further the proportion of stress distribution was counted.On the basis of analysis,the fatigue durability of the frame was calculated by the mean stress modified Brown-Miller method based on Fe-safe software,it was concluded that the fatigue life of the frame and fa-tigue crack location,provided methods and theoretical support for the frame design and analysis.
