摘要 目的了解复试研究生心理健康状况与个性成熟度,增强心理保健的意识,提高研究生的入学质量,为今后导师培养工作的开展提供依据。方法采用大学生心理健康调查问卷(University Personality Inventory,UPI)与个性成熟度测试表对2009—2013年新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院复试研究生的心理健康状况和个性成熟度进行测试。结果个性成熟度测试结果:很成熟27人,比较成熟237人,一般51人,不大成熟1人;UPI测试结果:A类学生10名,B类学生41名,C类学生265名。UPI与个性成熟度呈负相关。结论经过个性成熟度测试与UPI测试,有相当一部分同学个性欠成熟,出现各种心理问题,研究生作为社会期望值较高的群体,期望值越高,其心理承受力越差,因此在招生复试中增加心理测试环节,有利于尽早了解研究生的心理及个性成熟度状况,为研究生的培养工作提供前瞻性的准备。 Objective Aim to understand the mental health status and personality maturity of the secondround exam graduate student,enhance their consciousness of psychological health,improve the quality of graduate students admission,and provide instructor basis for future training work.Methods To test re-examination students from 2009 to 2013 of the Tumor Hospital Xinjiang Medical University by using the questionnaires on mental health of college students (UPI:University Personality Inventory)and personality maturity test table.Results Personality maturity tests showed that fully mature 27 people,standard mature 237 people,commonly mature 51 people,only one is not mature.UPI test showed that 10 students are belong to A class,41 students are from class B and 265 are class C.UPI has negatively correlated with personality maturity.Conclusion After a personality test and UPI test,a considerable part of the students less mature personality,the emergence of various psychological problems,higher social expectations as a graduate student groups,the higher the expectations,the worse their psychological endurance,thus increasing the re-examination of the psychological admissions testing session,in favor of an early maturity to understand the psychological and personality of Graduate and provide job training to prepare for prospective graduate students.
