摘要
液压缸处于吊装状态,二级液压缸动作顺序将受到负载影响。该研究对吊装二级液压缸的伸缩运动进行分析,给出吊装二级液压缸运动顺序的判断条件,基于AMESim软件建立吊装二级液压缸的模型,在不同负载条件下进行二级液压缸运动仿真,验证了分析结果,为吊装二级液压缸的设计提供参考。
The motion order of two-stage hydraulic cylinder will be affected by load when the hydraulic cylinder is in the hoisting state. We analyze the stretch motion of the hoisting two-stage hydraulic cylinder, put forward the cri- teria of judgment of the motion order of the hoisting two-stage hydraulic cylinder, model the hoisting two-stage hydraulic cylinder based on the software AMESim, simulate the motion of two-stage hydraulic cylinder under the different load conditions, which verifies the analysis results and paves a new venue for the design of the hoisting two- stage hydraulic cylinder.
