摘要
因ZYWL-2600R型全液压钻机在井下钻孔施工,进行倾角调节时,钻机会产生抖动,调节的角度无法精确定位。在考虑到钻机使用性能和生产成本等因素,在调斜油缸的无杆腔设置一个单向节流阀,并通过AMESim建模与仿真分析,得出了节流阀开度为2 mm情况下,该钻机的倾角调节系统拥有最佳调节性能。
In the underground, ZYWL-2600R Full Hydraulic Drilling Rig jitters so that inclination do not position precisely in the process of adjusting inclination. In the rod chamber of adjusting inclination cylinder, I set up a one-way throttle valve, considering the production cost , drilling rig performance and other factors, through modeling and simulation analysis by AMESim , when throttle opening degree is 2mm , adjusting inclination system has the best regulation performance.
