摘要
介绍了全膜法水处理技术的工作原理,论述了全膜法水处理技术的工艺流程和设备布置。以天津华电武清燃气分布式能源站为实例,分析了全膜法水处理技术在该分布式能源站循环水排污水处理应用的可行性。全膜法水处理技术投入应用后,节约了用水,减少了排污,取代了传统水处理工艺的离子交换设备,破解了废水回用方面的技术难题。
The working principle of the integrated membrane water treatment technology was introduced. The process flow and equipment arrangement of the integrated membrane water treatment technology were expounded. Taking Tianjin Huadian Wuqing Gas Fired Distributed Energy Station as example,the feasibility to use the integrated membrane water treatment technology to treat the circulating water blowdown water of the distributed energy station was analyzed. After the integrated membrane water treatment technology was put into use,the water was saved,and the pollutant emission was reduced. The ion exchange equipment of the traditional water treatment process was replaced,and the technical difficulty in waste water reuse was overcome.
