摘要
分别配制1%(质量分数,下同)的柠檬酸、苹果酸、乳酸水溶液以及5%的(NH4)2HPO4、K2CO3、柠檬酸钾水溶液.分别取100.0g烟丝,均匀喷洒10.0mL上述水溶液,经平衡、实验室模拟烘丝、萃取后,进行气相色谱-质谱测定,分析烟丝中挥发性和半挥发性香味成分含量的变化.结果表明,喷洒柠檬酸和K2CO3水溶液可显著改变烟丝的化学成分含量.烟丝经K2CO3水溶液喷洒后,游离态的尼古丁含量大幅增加,醇类组分、巨豆三烯酮含量有所升高,酸类组分和酯类组分含量略有降低;而经柠檬酸水溶液喷洒后的烟丝的酸类、醇类和酯类组分含量升高,尼古丁含量下降.
The aqueous solution of 1%(mass fraction;the same hereafter)citric acid,malic acid,and lactic acid as well as aqueous solutions of 5%(NH4)2HPO4,K2CO3,and potassium citrate were separately prepared.Then 10.0mL of each as-prepared aqueous solutions was separately adopted to evenly spray 100.0g of cut tobacco.The sprayed cut tobacco was allowed to undergo balance,simulated drying at laboratory,and extraction.Resultant cut tobacco was then determined by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry to investigate the variations of the content of volatile and semi-volatile fragrant components.Results indicate that spraying with the aqueous solutions of citric acid and K2CO3leads to significant changes in the content of the chemical components of cut tobacco.Namely,after the cut tobacco is sprayed with the aquesous solution of K2CO3,the content of nicotine in dissociative state rises considerably,the content of alcohol and megastigmatrienone rises to some extent,and the content of acids and esters slightly declines.Besides,sparying with the aqueous solution of citric acid leads to increase of the content of acids,alcohols,and esters as well as reduction of the content of nicotine in cut tobacco.
