摘要
西夏官吏请假制度反映了西夏官吏管理制度。通过对西夏故地甘肃武威出土的2份汉文请假条和《天盛律令》中有关请假规定的研究,我们知道西夏的官吏请假制度手续严格,程序规范,宽严适度,这有力地激励了官吏的信心,提高了办事效率。这一制度对后世也有一定的影响。
The system of official asks for leave reflects the system of official management in Xixia. According to 2 copies of unearthed leaving notes in Chinese at Wuwei in Gansu province ,that is the xixia hometown ,and related research materials on asking for leave regulations about the Tiansheng Lvling（《天盛律令》）, we know that the formalities is strict ,the program of which is specification , resulting modest on the leave system in Xixia.lt＇ s incentive to improve the confidence of the officials and the work efficiency powerfully. This system also has a certain influence on the later.
