摘要
目的研究微电流在鼻咽癌组织中变化特点及表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况,探索微电流和EGFR对鼻咽癌分化程度的意义。方法应用微电流检测仪和免疫组织化学方法检测37例鼻咽癌组织、15例鼻咽黏膜慢性炎组织的微电流及EGFR水平。结果鼻咽癌组微电流阳性率为70.3%,EGFR阳性率为13.3%,均高于鼻咽黏膜慢性炎组的13.3%、20.0%(P<0.05)。鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移者EGFR阳性率明显高于无转移者(P<0.05)。结论检测鼻咽组织微电流对判断组织良恶性有一定价值。微电流和EGFR与鼻咽癌的分化程度无关。
Objective To explore the change of micro-current and the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor( EGFR) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues ,and to investigate the significance of micro-current and EGFR for the differentiation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma .Methods The micro-current detector and immunohistochemistry were used to detect micro-current and EGFR level in 37 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and 15 cases of nasopharyngeal mucosae with chronic inflammation.Results The positive rates of micro-current and EGFR in nasopharyngeal carcinomas group were 70 .3% and 13 .3%, respectively , which were higher than those in nasopharyngeal mucosae with chronic inflammation group ( P〈0 .05 ) .The positive rate of EGFR in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with lymphatic metastasis was significantly higher than that without metastasis ( P〈0 .05 ) .Conclusion The detection of micro-current contributes to the verification of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and non -nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues.Micro-current and EGFR don′t correlate with the differentiation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma .
