摘要
针对车轴加工技术要求,提出了采用专用组合机床加工车轴的工艺方案。设计了用于车轴轴头铣端面、钻镗孔及倒角的自动加工专用数控镗床。分析了机床的工作循环,并对机床的双主轴箱动力部件、液压夹紧装置、轴向检测装置进行重点阐述。机床采用在线检测装置,加工柔性化,适用于大批量自动化加工,有效地提高了车轴轴头加工的精度和效率。
the special combination machine on axle machining technology are proposed to meet processing technical requirements on the axle.milling face,hole and chamfering on shaft head are processed by the special combination machine.Work cycle of the machine are analyzed,and power components of the dual spindle box,clamping device on hydraulic,axial detection device are emphatically illustrated.Due to flexibility and using on-line detection device,the machine is suitable for mass processing automation,and effectively improve the efficiency and precision of the shaft head processing.
