益气养阴补肾活血方剂治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yiqiyangyin Bushenhuoxue Prescription for Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨益气养阴补肾活血方剂治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果及安全性。方法将120例患者按照抽签方法随机地均分为对照组与观察组,各为60例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗的基础上给予益气养阴补肾活血方剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后空腹血糖、24h尿微量蛋白(UAER)、血清肌酐、凝血功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果 (1)对照组治疗总有效率为78.33%,显著低于观察组(95.00%)(P<0.05);(2)对照组治疗前后空腹血糖、24h UAE及血清肌酐水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组治疗前后上述指标差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),且两组治疗后相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)对照组治疗前后PT、APTT、TT、纤维蛋白原及血小板数量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组治疗前后上述指标差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组治疗后相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)两组治疗过程中均未出现任何不良反应。结论益气养阴补肾活血方剂治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果显著,安全性高,应在临床上加以推广并应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Yiqiyangyin Bushenhuoxue Prescription for treatment of early diabetic nephropathy .Methods 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to balloting method , and each group had 60 cases.The control group received conventional western medicine therapy , and the observation group was given Yiqiyangyin Bushenhuoxue Prescription based on conventional western medicine therapy .Therapy effect, fasting glucose, 24h urine protein （UAER）, serum creatinine, coagulation parameters before and after treatment and adverse events were compared .Results （1） The total efficiency rate of control group was 78.33%, which was significantly lower than that of the observation group （95.00%） （P＆lt;0.05）.（2） There were no statistical differences of fasting glucose , 24h UAE and serum creatinine levels before and after treatment in control group （P＆gt;0.05）, but there were statistical differences of these indicators before and after treatment in observation group （P＆lt;0.05, P＆lt;0.01）, and there were statistical differences of these indicators after treatment between the two groups （ P ＆lt;0.05 ） .（ 3 ） There were no statistical differences of PT , APTT, TT, fibrinogen and platelet count before and after treatment in control group （ P ＆gt;0.05 ） , but there were statistical differences of these indicators before and after treatment in observation group （P＆lt;0.05）, and there were statistical differences of these indicators after treatment between the two groups （P＆lt;0.05）.（4） During the treatment, there were not any adverse reaction in either groups.Conclusion It has significantly therapy effect on early diabetic nephropathy treated with Yiqiyangyin Bushenhuoxue prescription , which is safe and should be promoted and applied clinically .
