中医药治疗癌性疼痛的现状及展望

Present Situation and Prospect of Cancer Pain Treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine

癌性疼痛是大多数肿瘤患者病程中所必经的症状,目前WHO推荐的三阶梯镇痛治疗方案已经得到普及,但是临床上癌痛的控制状况仍未达到满意的水平。中医药治疗癌痛不仅可以改善患者的癌痛症状及生活质量,而且可以减轻西医镇痛药物的毒副作用,已成为当前中医肿瘤学术界研究的热点之一。本文旨在探寻中医在癌痛治疗方面的特色、优势及存在的问题。

Cancer pain is common in most patients with tumor disease symptoms .Although three step analgesic ladder program recommended by WHO has gian popularity , the clinical cancer pain control has not yet achieved a satisfactory level .The cancer pain treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine can not only improve the pain symptoms and the patients life quality , but also reduce the side effects of western medicine analgesic ,which has become one of the hot points in current traditional Chinese medicine research field .This paper aims to explore the characteristics , the advantages and the problems of the cancer pain treatment in TCM .
