某单兵搬运雷达天线座结构设计

摘要 研究了一种拆装方便并可单兵搬运的新型俯仰-方位天线座:采用转台式方位座和可重复拆装俯仰转台,从而满足拆分后单体质量要求.通过有限元方法分析天线座结构时忽略螺钉、销钉、平键等连接件,关键部位采用理论公式校核以保证其连接强度.结果表明,天线座结构合理,力学性能满足使用要求. The structure of a new type of elevation-azimuth antenna pedestal which is convenient in disas-sembly or assembly and can be carried by single soldier was studied.Rotary table azimuth rotating pedestal and repeatably assembled pitching turntable were used in order to meet the mass requirement of every part disassembled.While the structure of the antenna pedestal was analyzed by using the finite element meth-od ,some joints like screws,pins and flat keys were neglected and the key joints were checked by theoreti-cal formula to ensure its connection strength.The results showed that the structure of the antenna pedestal was reasonable and its mechanical property also met the use requirements.
