分布式电源接入配电网的效益及重构优化策略

摘要 分布式发电技术是一种新型的、具有广阔发展前景的发电和能源综合利用方式。配电网重构是提高电网运行的经济性、供电质量和安全性的重要手段,也是充分发挥分布式发电效益的重要方法,因此,找到一种适应分布式发电特点的配电网重构模型是很有必要的。文章分析了分布式发电的优势与效益,论述了常见的配电网重构模型的构建方式,结合随机潮流与多目标优化理论提出了改进的配电网重构模型,并通过算例进行验证,获得了满足多目标需求的若干优化方案。 Distributed generation technology is a new way of power generation and energy utilization, which gains a promising expectation. Distribution network reconfiguration is an important means to improve the economics of grid operation and the power quality and safety, and it is also an important method to make full use of benefits of distributed generation. Therefore,it is necessary to find a distribution network reconfiguration model which is in accordance with the characteristics of distributed generation. This paper analyzed the advantages and benefits of distributed generation,and discussed common methods of building distribution network reconfiguration model. Combined with stochastic load flow and multi-objective optimization theory, this paper proposed the improved distribution network reconfiguration model,and obtained several optimization schemes which satisfied multi-objective requirements by analysis of the example.
