摘要
介绍了输变电工程启动调试的重要性以及调控中心在启动调试过程中的技术准备工作,总结了华北电网220 ～500 kV输变电设备启动调试的典型方法,并以500 kV唐山东变电站为综合案例进行说明.
The importance of starting and commissioning work of power transmission project, and technical prepara- tions for the control center to start the debugging process were introduced in this paper. Taking the 500 kV Tangshan-Dong substation for example,the start debugging typical methods of 220 - 500 kV power transmission and transformation equipment in North China Power Grid were summarized.
