摘要
大唐国际陡河发电厂3号250 MW发电机组电除尘器于1997年9月投产,并于2007年6月改造为正压浓相气力输灰系统,后出现诸多问题,严重影响机组的安全稳定运行。2012年利用电除尘增容改造的机会,对3号炉气力输灰系统进行了全面改造。文章分析对比了该气力输灰系统改造前后的运行情况。
The electrostatic precipitator of 250 MW power unit No. 3 in Datang International Douhe Power Plant was put into operation in September 1997, and in June 2007 that was transformed into a positive pressure dense phase pneumatic ash conveying system. Many problems appeared after transformation and influenced the safe and stable operation of the unit. In 2012 a comprehensive transformation of pneumatic ash conveying system of boiler No. 3 was taken during electric dust removal capacity expansion retrofit. This paper analyzed and compared the operation of the pneumatic ash handling system before and after transformation.
