摘要
对2号锅炉改造后依然达不到额定出力的问题进行了分析,确定锅炉制粉系统的运行参数不能适应煤种水分增加是影响机组出力的主要原因。锅炉进行燃烧优化调整后,磨煤机出力由原20 t/h提高到30 t/h,机组出力从原295 t/h提高到410 t/h,锅炉效率达到92%,使锅炉出力不足的问题得到了彻底的解决。
The problem that the output of the boiler No. 2 could not reach to the rated output after transformation was analyzed,it is determined that the operating parameters of boiler pulverizing system unmatching to increasing coal moisture was the main factor affected the output capacity of unit. After boiler combustion optimization adjustment, mill capacity increased from original 20 t/h to 30 t/h, the unit output increased from original 295 t/h to 410 t/h, boiler efficiency could reach 92% ,the problem of non-rated output of boiler had been solved completely.
