摘要
针对某台300 MW循环流化床锅炉床温升高的现象,通过旋风分离器设计图纸计算了分离器设计分级效率及总效率。通过DCS画面上的运行参数计算了运行中的效率。从布袋除尘器下面仓泵中所取灰样验证了计算结果的正确性。
For temperature rising phenomenon of a 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler,the design classification efficiency and total efficiency of cyclone separator were calculated through design drawings. Through the operating parameters of DCS images the operating efficiency was calculated. The ash samples from storehouse pump under bag dust collector verified the correctness of the calculation results.
