摘要
本文采用双标准曲线(double standard curves)相对定量方法检测桉树枝瘿姬小蜂hsp90在高温胁迫下表达量的变化情况,研究结果显示:在高温胁迫1 h后即可检测到体内hsp90的表达。相对表达量计算结果显示,在试验温度35℃、37℃、39℃、41℃、42℃下,hsp90的相对表达量分别为对照组的3.26、5.94、5.36、2.04、1.20倍,在37℃条件下hsp90表达量达到最高峰,当试验温度提升到42℃,hsp90的表达量迅速降低至与对照组相当。
In this paper, we detected expression quantity changes ofLeptocybe invasa's hsp90 under high temperature stress using double-standard curves method of relative quantification PCR.The results showed that the expression of hsp90 in body of L.invasa could be detected after an hour of high temperature stress. The account results of relative expression quantity showed that the relative expression of hsp90 were 3.26, 5.94, 5.36, 2.04, 1.20 times those of the control groups,respectively, and it peaked at 37℃,When the test temperature was up to 42 ℃,the expression quantity of hsp90 reduced to the level of the control group.
