全要素分析法在地质灾害经济损失评价中的运用——以云南省大关县黄葛沟泥石流灾害为例

Application of Total Factor Analysis Method in Evaluation of Economic Loss Caused by Geological Hazard——Taking Huang Ge gully debris flow in Da Guan county of Yunnan Province as an example

对地质灾害的直接经济损失以受灾体价值和受灾体价值损失率为基础开展评价,并提出6类直接经济损失评价因子与计算方法;对间接经济评价提出7类评价因子和计算方法。对历史上云南省大关县黄葛沟泥石流灾害开展了实例研究,得出一次地质灾害的经济损失值较为严重,为后续的减灾防灾提供了理论依据。

Based on the affected body loss value and affected body value rate,direct economic loss of geological disasters are evaluated,and 6 kinds of evaluation factor and calculating method of direct economic loss are put forward.And 7 kinds of evaluation factors and calculation method of indirect economic evaluation are pointed out.A case study,which could provide theoretical basis for the following the disaster prevention and reduction,is done on Huang Ge gully debris flow in Da Guan county of Yunnan Province.Results show that it is a geologic disaster and caused great economic loss.
