摘要
在天津石化12万t/a PET短丝装置现有的设备上,生产1.33 dtex半光缝纫线型短纤维。结合缝纫线型涤纶短纤维高强低伸低收缩的品质要求,进行生产试验,分析影响短纤维强伸性能的因素,探讨了纺丝冷却条件、拉伸倍率、热定型温度和时间等工艺的调整方向。
The procuction of 1.33 dtex PET staple fiber for sewing thread was introduced by using 120 000 t/a PET staple present equipment of Sinopec Tianjin Branch. Combination with the quality requirements of high strengh, low elongation and low shrinkage of sewing thread PET staple fiber, production experiments were carried out. The factors have effect on strength and elongation of staple fiber were analyzed. The adjusting trends of cooling condition, stretching ratio, heat setting temperature and time were discussed.
