皮辊与罗拉配合时旋转不顺畅,接触面不平行产生透光现象,丝条经过后没有得到充分地夹持,造成拉伸不完全,形成僵丝。通过加长皮辊夹持杆,改造皮辊衬套等解决问题。

The rotation is not smooth when covered roller coordinate with roller. The contact surfaces are not parallel which generate light transmission phenomenon. The yarn hasn＇t been fully clamped after passing, resulting in the incomplete stretching and ossified filament. The problems can be solved by lengthening the covered roller clamp rod and transformation the covered roller bushing.
