摘要
氢气隔膜压缩机为PTA生产中加氢精制反应提供9.0 MPa压缩氢气,在运行过程中频繁出现膜片破裂的现象,经检查发现油路系统中杂质导致膜片破裂。油路系统常规清理方式需对油路及膜头进行解体,存在检修工作量大,不能彻底清除油路中的杂质及容易造成二次污染等问题,改进的清理方式无须对油路及膜头进行解体,实现油路系统在线自循环清理方式,极大地减少了压缩机检修工作量、费用及检修频次。
Hydrogen diaphragm compressor provided 9.0 MPa compressed hydrogen for the hydrotreating reactions in PTA production. In the processing of running, the phenomenon of diaphragm rupture occured frequently. Through inspection, it was found that it was the impurity in oil system that led to the diaphragm rupture. The conventional clean-up methods need for the disintegrate of the oil circuit and membranee head. The methods have the problems such as the large amount of maintenance work, the impurities in the oil circuit cant completely clear away and easy to cause the secondary pollution. The improved clean-up method without the need for the disintegrate of the oil circuit and membrane head, online self-circulation clean-up methods of the oil system were realized. The maintenance workload, cost and maintenance frequency of the compressor was greatly reduced.
