Security operation improvement of PET coal-fired organic heat carrier boiler

使用的燃煤锅炉出现的安全事故呈上涨趋势。经调查发现:多家化纤企业因燃煤有机热载体锅炉内部盘管破裂,导致盘管内导热油泄露引发火灾,造成严重的安全生产事故。为此探讨了燃煤热媒炉在正常生产中安全运行维护的方式方法。

Safety accident of the used coal-fired boiler appears upward tendency. On investigation it was found that in many chemical fiber enterprises ,the coal-fired organic heat cartier boiler internal coil pipe rupture cause the leakage of the heat conducting oil in the coil pipe and cause fire ,then create serious production safety accidents. Ways and means of security operation and maintenance were discussed for the normal production of coal-fired HTM boiler.
