汽车发电机噪声测试分析

摘要 噪声问题已经成为汽车交流发电机生产企业发展的瓶颈,借助国内某知名企业的先进噪声实验室,进行发电机噪声测试分析。对噪声测试影响因素、测试要求、测试设备进行分析,测出发电机A声级主要阶次成分噪声。对噪声测试结果分析表明,发电机整体噪声在低转速区间问题较大,找出噪声主要阶次成分随转速变化的规律,确定引起噪声的主要阶次成分。为发动机降噪方案设计提供依据。 Noise problem has become the bottleneck in the development of automotive alternator manufactures. With the aid of advanced noise laboratory, alternator noise test results were researched. Noise test and its influential factors, test requirements and test equipment were analysed, then, noise of the main order components in alternator together with its A sound level were tested. Analysis of the noise test results expatiate that the generator's overall noise in the low speed range has a heavy problem. The law of the noise main order components with the rotating speed change was found out, then the main order components which cause the noise were identified. Finally, the basis for the design of the engine noise reduction program is provided.
