摘要
采用不同方法测定沙棘果粉的抗氧化能力活性。实验条件下,沙棘果粉对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子O2-、羟基自由基(·OH)、过氧化氢H2O2有较强的清除或抑制作用,且显示较好的量效关系。所以沙棘果粉的有效成分具有较好的抗氧化作用。
The activity of antioxidant capacity of seabuckthorn fruit powder was determined by different methods. Under experimental conditions, seabuckthorn fruit powder has strong elimination or inhibiting effects to DPPH radical, superoxide anion O2^-, hydroxyl radical (·OH), hydrogen peroxide H2O2, and shows good dose-effect relationship. It shows that seabuckthom fruit powder has very good antioxidation.
