Application and Development of Peer Review in China's Nuclear Power Industry

对国内外各种不同的评估方法进行对比分析,以中国核工业集团公司(以下简称"中核集团")的相关实践为主线,对现有的核电同行评估进行了简要的对比分析,描述了同行评估在中国核电行业的应用与发展,并提出了若干改进建议与同行分享。

Peer review is one of the scientific methods and tools in management,which plays an active role in promoting and improving the performance of safe operation and management level of nuclear power plants. Peer review of nuclear power is not only comprehensively popularized and applied in China,but it is also innovated and developed in industry at all levels in recent years. In this paper,with the CNNC＇s relevant practice as main line,a variety of accepted peer review methods both at home and abroad were compared and analyzed,and the current application and development of peer review in China＇s nuclear power industry were described,as well as some suggestions for improvement were put forward to share with our craft brothers.
