摘要
结合核电厂现有核安全、电力生产、风险等已有设备等级,以及考虑工业安全、环境安全、核与辐射安全、法律法规要求、维修经济性等多种因素,针对AP1000机组设计特点,提出以提高设备可靠性为目标的设备可靠性分级原则,并介绍了AP1000核电厂的设备可靠性等级以及设备可靠性分级的分析过程,增加了设备工作频度、工作环境和功能设备组的判定。最后结合实际工程,总结了几个需要注意的问题和具体的应用经验。
This paper is according to the AP1000 design feature,combined with the existing nuclear safety classifications,power production classification,risk significant,considering the industrial safety,environmental safety,nuclear and radiation safety,laws and regulations requirements,maintenance economy factors,given the Equipment Reliability(ER)classification principle based on the purpose of rising ER,and introduced ER classification process,and some judgments of equipment working frequency,working environment and functional equipment group. Finally,some notices and experience in the engineering practice were also summarized.
