摘要
旋转布料机的结构设计合理与否直接影响垃圾分散效果及燃烧效率.通过建立旋转布料机运动模型及其布料方程,对影响旋转布料机的作业区间的各种因素进行了分析和研究.研究发现,与溜槽转速和摩擦因数相比,溜槽长度和倾斜角度对旋转布料机的作业区间影响更大;旋转布料机的作业区间随着溜槽长度和转速的增大而增大,随着倾斜角度和摩擦系数的增大而减小.最后,结合实际工况为某型号旋转布料机提供几组合理的设计参数.
The structural design of a rotary distributor is reasonable or not directly affect the dispersion and combustion efficiency of waste.Through establishing a rotary motion model and burden distribution equa-tions,the various factors affecting the task intervals of rotary distributor are analyzed and investigated.The study results show that compared with the speed of the chute and friction factor,chute length and angle of in-clination greatly impact on the operating range of the rotary distributor;task intervals of rotary distributor in-crease with rotating chute length and machine speed increases;but decreases as the tilt angle and the friction coefficient increase.Finally,combining with the actual working conditions,several groups of reasonable de-sign parameters for a certain type rotary distributor are given.
