不同浓度6-BA对黑麦草种子出愈率的影响

Effects of 6-BA with different concentrations on callus induction rate of ryegrass seeds

研究了不同浓度6-BA对多年生黑麦草4个品种夜影、蒙特利Ⅲ、高帽和德比极品的种子愈伤组织诱导率的影响。结果表明,在一定的浓度范围内,6-BA能够提高多年生黑麦草愈伤组织的出愈率,但随着浓度的增加反而会降低黑麦草愈伤组织的出愈率。夜影品种愈伤组织诱导的浓度为0.1、0.3mg/L;诱导德比极品品种愈伤组织的浓度为0.2、0.3mg/L都适宜;诱导蒙特利Ⅲ品种成熟种子愈伤组织的浓度以0.1mg/L为佳;高帽品种成熟种子诱导愈伤组织的浓度为0.1、0.2mg/L。

The mature seeds of four perennial ryegrass cultivars （Evening Shade,Monterey Ⅲ,Top Hat and Derby Xtreme）were selected as explants to study the effects on callus induction.The result showed that 6-BA could increase rate of callus induction in a certain concentration range.However,as the concentration of 6-BA in-creased,the rate of callus induction decreased.The optimum concentrations of 6-BA were 0.1 mg/L to 0.3 mg/L for Evening Shade,0.2 to 0.3 mg/L for Derby Xtreme,0.1 mg/L for Monterey Ⅲ and 0.1 mg/L to 0.2 mg/L for Top Hat.
