基于风流及粉尘分布规律的机掘工作面风筒布置 被引量:39

摘要 为优化机掘工作面局部通风布置,改善工作面通风及排尘状况,基于气固两相流理论,利用数值模拟的方法分析了机掘工作面压入式、抽出式及长压短抽式3种通风方式下,随着风筒口至工作面距离的变化,工作面风流运动规律及粉尘的分布规律,并确定长压短抽通风方式风筒口合理位置为:压入式风筒口距工作面距离Ly在3.5槡S^5槡S或6槡S^6.5槡S,抽出式风筒口距工作面距离Lc<1.5槡S。确定压入式通风风筒出口至工作面最佳距离约为3槡S,抽出式风筒吸风口至工作面最佳距离约为槡S;确定长压短抽式通风风筒口最佳位置为Ly在6槡S^6.5槡S,Lc≈槡S。模拟结果与前人文献试验结论基本一致,模拟结果可靠。 In order to optimize the arrangement of local ventilation and improve ventilation and dust discharge situation in tunneling working face, analyzed the laws of airflow motion and dust distribution changing with the distance between the air duet openning and the working face under three ventilation modes-the forced ventilation, the exhaust ventilation and the forced ( with long duct) fan accompanied with short duct exhaustor ventilation through the numercial simulation based on the gas-solid two-phase flow theory. It determines the reasonable air duct arrangement of the forced( with long duct) fan accompanied with short duct exhaustor ventilation as: Ly is about 3.5√S to 5√S,or Ly is about 6√S to 6.5√S,and Lc is less than 1.5√S. And it determines the optimum distance between the air duct openning of the forced ventilation and the working face is about 3√S, and that between the air duct openning of the exhaust ventilation and the working face is about √S. To the forced (with long duct) fan accompanied with short duct exhaustor ventila- tion,the optimum position of the air duct openning are that Ly is about 6√S to 6.5√S,and L is about √S. The simu- lation results are basically in accordance with the previous test conclusions, which proves the simulation results are reliable.
