摘要
煤矿使用的气体传感器主要是依据热催化原理制成,在使用过程中由于催化元件的固有特性必然会出现零点漂移和量程漂移等问题,导致不能准确反映被检气体的浓度,因此必须对其进行定期调校。依托先进的开发平台,融合数据库技术,以高端单片机为控制核心,以人工智能技术为智能控制方法,研发出一种64路传感器的智能调校检定系统,该系统严格按照国家调校和检定规程对64路传感器同时进行多种浓度自动调校和检定,且调校检定精度满足工矿企业的要求。
The coal mine gas sensor in used mainly is made based on thermal catalytic principle, which leads that it can' t accurately reflect the concentration of the detected gas in the process of used due to the zero and span drift that are intrinsic characteristics of catalytic element. And therefore the calibration must be set-up on a regular basis. Rel- ying on the advanced development platform integrating with database technology, advanced single chip processor as the core, artificial intelligence technology as intelligent control methods, a intelligent calibration system for 64 sensors was developed. The system made automatic calibration and verification in various concentrations for 64 sensors in strict accordance with the national procedures of calibration and verification. The calibration verification precision meet the requirements of industrial and mining enterprises.
