The pH detection can benefit the quality control of white carbon black produced with precipitation method.Considering the paste reactant,strong acid and alkali environment,obvious pH error and sensor＇s poor service-life in the production,the pH detection-related hardware and software design and maintenance were expounded.Application in practice shows that its speed and precision can meet requirement for controlling pH value.
