摘要
以工业上常见的强制通风加热炉为被控对象,分析其工艺流程、动态特性和控制要求,综合考虑安全、节能及环保等目标,设计了加热炉物料出口温度、烟气含氧量、炉膛压力和物料入口流量的控制方案。采用高级多功能过程控制实训系统(SMPT-1000)和西门子PCS7过程控制系统,实施并验证了所设计的加热炉控制系统。控制结果表明,该加热炉系统能很好地满足控制要求。
The forced-air heating furnace was chosen as controlled object to analyze the technological process,dynamic characteristics and the control requirements; taking into account the safety,energy-saving and environmental protection,the auto-control scheme concerning the heating furnace' s outlet temperature,oxygen content in flue gas,furnace pressure and inlet flow was designed.The control effect shows that this SMPT1000 system and SIMATIC PCS-supported system can meet control requirements of the heating furnace.
