摘要
通过对催化裂化生产工艺设备和生产流程的研究,采用过程系统仿真平台,完成了催化裂化工厂DCS建模与仿真培训系统的开发。通过分析实际生产装置,采用续贯模块法,结合机理建模和测试数据分析两种方式,建立了DCS控制系统数学模型,成功模拟了开车、停车及典型事故处理等工况,并开发了在线评价系统,为催化裂化生产操作培训提供了虚拟平台。
On the basis of analyzing catalytic cracking process and equipment and operation conditions,the process system simulation platform was used to implement DCS modeling and simulating and training system for catalytic cracking plant.Through making use of continuous modeling method,mechanism modeling and test data analysis,the DCS' mathematic model was established to simulate the operation of start and shutdown process and accident treatment process,meanwhile,the online evaluating system developed can supply a virtual platform for training operation in the catalytic cracking process.
