摘要
为了克服传统控制系统对模拟量信号采集的干扰,利用基于Modbus协议实现PLC与变频器和上位机之间的通信。结合中央空调系统组成、运行原理和特点,分析了冷冻水系统和冷却水系统变频控制,并分析了变频节能的原理。此外,系统还引入了组态,对整个控制系统进行远程监控与管理,具有良好的人机界面。
Based on Modbus , the communication among PLC and frequency converter and host computer were realized to overcome conventional control system ’ s disturbance in the analog signal acquisition .Through hav-ing central air-conditioning system ’ s composition , working principle and features considered , the variable fre-quency control of chilled water system and cooling water system were discussed , including the principle of fre-quency conversion and the energy-saving;in addition , the system employs the configuration control to realize remote control and it has good man-machine interface .
