基于规则引擎和动态路径的大气污染应急处理系统

摘要 根据泄漏扩散、火灾及爆炸等突发性大气污染事故类型的应急处理处置特点,基于规则引擎技术和动态路径规划,研发相应的应急处理系统。首先在规则引擎中引入空间算子,增强规则引擎对空间数据的表达与分析能力;然后提出针对大气污染覆盖区的动态路径规划;最后基于Drools.Net和ArcGIS实现整个系统。实际应用证实了该系统的高效性和实用性。 Considering the characteristics of treating air-polluted leaks,fire and explosion,and based on the rules engine technology and dynamic path planning,an emergency treatment system was developed,in which,having the spatial operator introduced to rules engine so as to enhance rules engine's expression and analysis of spatial data,and then having a dynamic path planning for air pollution coverage area proposed so that basing on Drools. Net and ArcGIS,the whole system can be implemented. The application proves the efficiency and practicality of this emergency treatment system.
