Whole Process Training Simulation System for New Type Coal-to-Methanol Production

由于煤化工制甲醇过程的操作十分复杂,针对煤化工行业职业教育和学员的培训,设计基于工艺过程机理模型的全流程培训仿真系统,给出其体系结构、功能和关键技术。最后结合该系统设计了两个典型的培训项目。

Considering the complexity in coal-to-methanol production,its technological process model-based whole process training simulation system was studied to benefit both vocational education and staff training,including its architecture,function and key technologies. The system-based two typical training programs were designed.
