对GB 151—1999中管壳式换热器管板计算方法的修改说明 被引量:4

摘要 对正在修订的GB 151—1999版中5.7节"管板计算"一节的主要修订内容进行了介绍。其中包括:改进了带膨胀节的固定式换热器管板计算方法,改进了固定管板中最大应力的计算方法,增加了壳程分段圆筒的计算方法,增加了管程压力p t与壳程压力p s同时作用的两种校核工况,换热管许用压缩应力的安全系数降低为1.5。 Major revisions of tubesheet calculation methods in the Section 5.7 of GB151- 1999 are presented in this paper.The changes in new GB151 include followings:the stress analysis method for the tubesheets of fixed heat-exchanger with expansion joint is improved;an improved method for calculation of the maximum stress in fixed tubesheet is proposed;calculation method for shellside cylinder with different thicknesses is added in the code;two design loading cases for tubesheets simultaneously subjected to both tube-side and shell-side pressures are also added to the evaluation calculation;finally,the safety coefficient for tube buckling is reduced to 1.5.
