摘要
以爆破片为代表的不可回复压力安全附件,其最终的动作压力受到其结构和相应热处理工艺的交叉影响。以反拱形普通爆破片为例,通过数据试验,对其相互之间的影响进行了探索,并且结合生产实际,建立了多阶非线性数学回归模型以替代简单插补试验,为节约生产成本提供了可行的方法。
With rupture disk as typical one,the acting pressure of non-reclosing pressure relief device is influenced by the interation of its structure and heat treatment process.In this article,exampled with normal reverse arc rupture disk and through experiment,these combined influences were studied.Then,combined with engineering practice,multi-order nonlinear regression mode was established for substitution of simple interpolation test,by using this method it is feasible to save the cost of production.
