摘要
锥体是容器设计时常用的变径结构,常见的制作工艺有滚床滚制,分瓣点压组对(有条件可增加整体校型工序)。滚制工艺在产品外形尺寸、外观质量以及生产效率上要优于分瓣点压工艺,但实际生产中由于滚床工作参数无法满足部分锥体的外形尺寸、厚度或是角度,只能采用分瓣点压成型工艺。文章正是基于工艺指导生产,优化产品质量,提高生产效率的出发点。根据厂内现有能力,总结实践中锥体点压成型的制造经验,为大型锥体分瓣点压成型制定一套完整、系统、执行性强的生产工艺。
Conical shell is transition structure commonly used in vessel design.The common fabrication processes have integral pressing by using rolling machine and welding segments after point pressing.The former process is superior to the latter process in outer size,quality of contour shape and production efficiency.But,in practice,because the working parameters cannot meet the requirements for some conical shells in outer size,thickness and apex angle,it has to apply the process of welding segments after point pressing.In this article,based on the aspects of guidance from process to production,optimization of product quality and enhancement of production efficiency and combined with the production capacity,the experience of using the process of welding segments after point pressing was summarized,so that a set of complete,systematic and feasible process of welding segments after point pressing for large conical shell was presented.
