混合原料气加热器管箱壳体侧向膨胀分析

摘要 对混合原料气加热器在实际操作过程中,管箱筒体发生侧向膨胀原因进行分析。从设备的加工制造、材料选择、强度计算和金相组织等几个方面进行综合分析,最终确定本设备管箱筒体材料发生珠光体球化是导致其材料失效的主要因素。根据材料发生珠光体球化的必要因素——经历高温受热史,追溯到筒体发生珠光体球化的根源是由两次火灾事故引起。 In the performance of mixed raw gas heater,the lateral expansion occurred in the cylinder of channel.In this article,the cause was analyzed from the aspects of fabrication,material selection,strength calculation and metallurgical composition.It was determined that the spheroidization of pearlite in the material of cylinder is the main cause inducing the failure.In view of the fact that high temperature is a necessary factor to make material appear pearlite spheroidization,it can be concluded that the failure had been caused from two times of fire occurrences.
