摘要
炉管的焊接是蒸汽过热炉施工质量控制重点,加热炉辐射段炉管现场焊接涉及到多种材料焊接,如HP40Nb,800HT/HP40Nb,304L/HP40Nb,要求严格。通过对焊材选用、焊接工艺、炉管的现场组对、焊接、无损探伤、热处理制定专项控制措施,并通过施工过程中发现的问题,提出整改和预防措施,为今后铬镍高合金材质的焊接提供参考经验。
Welding of furnace tube is one of the most important quality control keys in steam superheater construction.Onsite welding of furnace tube in radiation section involves various of materials,such as HP40Nb,800HT/HP40Nb,304L/ HP40Nb,which are strict for quality control.With the special control methods for selection of welding material,welding procedure,weld steam fi tup on site,welding,NDT,heat treatment,and the problems discovered during construction,corrective and preventive measures were put forward to assure and overcome these issues and also supplied the reference experiences for the welding of high chromium nickel alloy in future.
