摘要
以高频电流电磁感应热作热激励源,利用拍摄频率为128 Hz、热灵敏度为0.08 K的热像仪,实现了对管道内壁体积型缺陷和外表面面型缺陷的无损检测;指出了基于电磁感应热激励的红外热像检测方法的影响因素和改进措施。
Use of electromagnetic induction heat from high frequency current as heat excitation source,and by using the thermal imager with 128Hz shooting frequency and 0.08kthermal sensitivity,the volumetric defects on inner wall and outer surface of piping can be detected eff ectively.The factors infl uencing infrared imaging method which is based on electromagnetic heat excitation and improving measure for this method were indicated.
