摘要 裂纹对设备和管线来说具有很大的危害,并且生产装置中的设备和管线经常有裂纹出现,出现的原因各不相同,产生的危害也大小不一。碱脆是一种危害很大的应力腐蚀,针对故障现象提出了蒸汽介质碱脆的概念,为有关部门对事故的妥善处理提供了参考。从工艺角度进行了建议,并从事故应急处理给出了可靠施工方案。利用焊接和注入密封剂复合带压堵漏措施保证了装置生产的正常运行,为有计划停车处理提供了保障。 Cracking often appears in equipment and pipelines used in production and is greatly harmful to equipment and pipeline.The causes inducing cracking and the resulting harms are different.Caustic embrittlement is a kind of stress corrosion which is greatly harmful.In this article,the concept of caustic embrittlement formed with steam was presented,from which the proper measure for treatment of this accident was provided.From the view point of process,reliable construction scheme for urgent treatment of accident was presented.The measure of using welding and injecting sealant can repair the seal under pressure and make the construction in normal operation.In this way,the treatment in planned shutoff con be ensured.
