井下复合射孔动压测试及其数据分析

摘要 为深入研究井下复合射孔器工作机理,使用井下多参数记录仪,全面获取内置式复合射孔和外挂射孔两种完井工艺的井下动态压力数据并进行分析。通过对比两种完井工艺动态压力曲线,分析其工作机理的异同,并对全过程曲线规律进行归纳和总结。大量测试数据显示:复合射孔器的井下动压作用特性主要取决于复合火药装药量和起爆方式,对准确认识和定量分析复合射孔井下动态过程,提高复合射孔器设计水平具有决定性意义。 In order to thoroughly study the working mechanism of composite perforator, the downhole multi-parameter recorder was used to obtain the dynamic downhole pressure data of both the built-in composite perforation and plug-perforation completion techniques, and the data were analyzed. By comparing two kinds of dynamic pressure curve of well completion technology, the working mechanism of the similarities and differences was analyzed, and the whole process of curve pattern has been concluded and summarized. A large number of test data show that the downhole dynamic pressure effect of composite perforator features mainly depends on the composite powder charge and the way of initiation. It has decisive significance for accurately understanding and quantitatively analyzing the composite perforation downhole dynamic process, and for improving the level of composite perforator design.
