摘要
多臂井径仪测量准确性及精度受多种因素影响,根据多臂井径仪测量原理并结合现场实际作业情况,从仪器机械结构、外部工作环境、现场作业条件及资料解释等多角度分析了影响测量精度的因素,并通过地面实验进行了验证。最后对这些影响因素影响程度加以分析,提出了降低或消除不利影响的方法和措施,现场应用效果较好,提高了测量精度。研究结果可以更好地指导多臂井径测量技术的现场应用。
The measurement accuracy of multiple-arm caliper is affected by many factors.According to measuring principle of multiple-arm caliper,in combination with the actual operation situation,from the angles of instrument mechanical structure,external working environment,the operation conditions and data interpretation,the factors that affect measuring precision have been analyzed,and it has been verified by the ground experiments.In the end,the influencing degree of these factors has also been analyzed,and the methods and measures to reduce or eliminate the adverse effects have been provided.The field application effect is good and it improves the measurement accuracy.The research results can provide better guidance for the arm caliper measuring technology of field application.
